• Subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through their respective platforms.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use BBR.

Refunds are not provided for subscription fees. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

BBR may utilize third-party services for various functionalities. Users are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party services when using the app.

We prioritize the security of user data and employ measures to safeguard it. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas State.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the app and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of BBR following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

By using BBR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Continued use of the app following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
